Provides a plot displaying the expression of one gene in cells at different maturation stages of the hematopoietic system.

Correlation between two genes:
Provides a scatter plot showing the expression of one gene against the other in cells of the hematopoietic system as well as the R2 value for the correlation.

The server is restricted to genes found in our database of Affymetrix Human 133UA and Affymetrix Human 133UB chips for human, and the GeneChip Mouse Genome 430 2.0 Array for mouse.
The server database is updated with high quality manually curated data, as more becomes available.
